Water: Without water, antitoxins are incomplete. Either you drink it for rehydrating your skin or externally like foot soak.
Get a big bowl you can put your legs into
Pour 5 – 6 liters of water
Add 10 drops of castor oil
2 tablespoons of Epsom salt
Add baking soda 2tablespoon
Mix all the ingredients a bit then soak your feet for 20 -30 minutes.
Wipe your feet off with a dry towel.

3. Find time to meditate and relax every day
