Get a big bowl you can put your legs into

Pour 5 – 6 liters of water

Add 10 drops of castor oil

2 tablespoon of Epsom salt

Add baking soda 2tablespoon

Mix all the ingredients a bit then soak your feet for 20 -30 minutes.

Wipe your feet off with a dry towel.

Repeat occasionally when you feel stressed. You can make it a monthly routine in a family
